I think all of us tend for forget that by continuing to focus on what we are NOT willing to do does not help… We keep thinking… “I need to… ” or “I wish I would….” etc…
But if we are NOT doing it then we MUST NOT be WILLING to do it or else we would be doing it….
So we need to change our focus on WHAT WE ARE willing do do? and do that…. I am guilty of this too… I do it all the time…. I just think we can not ask ourselves enough that simple question, “What AM I willing to do?”
